This is a Senior position requiring the ability to work closely with clients ,consultants and contractors .

Qualifications

. Diploma or Degree majoring in Quantity Surveying

. A minimum of 7 years experience

. A clear communicator with staff and management .

. Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations

. Passion and Enthusiasm

. Ability to work autonomously

. Good fit with company culture

. Ability to multi-task

. Maintains lasting working relationships

. The candidate must have a through knowledge of construction processes and contract law
