Back 4 Good – Asia is working with a high-profile client in Singapore who is seeking a talented Privacy Analyst to strengthen their compliance and data governance function. As a Privacy Analyst, you will help ensure the organisation meets all relevant privacy and data protection obligations, including Singapore’s PDPA, GDPR, and regional data privacy laws. You’ll support cross-departmental compliance efforts, assess privacy risks, and implement robust data-handling practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain records of personal data processing activities
Lead and support Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)
Respond to data access requests and incident reports
Develop and deliver privacy training programmes
Ensure third-party compliance through contract reviews
Candidate Profile:

Degree in Law, Information Technology, or related discipline
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a privacy or regulatory compliance role
Knowledge of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and regional laws
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Certifications such as CIPM or CIPP/A are advantageous
